I purchased a Dr Aqua guard Magna RO plus UV water filter in December ****, directly from the company. I was not regularly staying at the premise at Tripunithura, Ernakulam (Pin******) since I was working at New Delhi. We started regularly staying in the premise at Tripunithura since **** since warranty period of the water filter was over, I started purchasing comprehensive maintenance contract from Eureka Forbes through the website since they promised free periodic service, free replacement of defective parts including filters etc. As per the AMC, the filters were to be changed free of cost at.least once in a year and minimum two periodic services.. Last such AMC was purchased on.*th July,****, wich was valid upto **/**/****. During this period they failed to do the promised periodic service and replacement of filters. Technician.was sent only once., In Nov,**** since I reported some defects inthe filter. Since they did not take any action for replacement of filters, I registered a complaint on **/**/****. This was followed up with reminder calls and emails. I was told that the complaint would be attended soon. But they purposely delayed sending technician till expiry of the AMC. Finally technician came on **/**/**** and informed that filter will be changed only after renewal of AMC. I reported this to the company through emails but so far no action has been taken by them. Thus this is a clear case of cheating and violation of the AMC. terms.
