I am a Cars** customer, who bought a Hyundai i** Sports **** model from you.
It was delivered on *th August ****. On *th August, I noticed issue with the *th gear of the car. On checking (at Hyundai Service Centre) they informed that the *th gear is slipping and need to be replaced. Nowhere in your service report was this mentioned. A gear issue is something, that is quite a major issue as this could have led to a mishap, while driving.The total cost that will come is around Rs. **,***.
Also wanted to know that what do you people check in your so called *** points car check. I bought this car trusting the quality checks of your highly reputed company.
Your Sales people do not allow to take the car out side your yard (Tathawade, Pune location), saying it's COMPANY POLICY. How is one supposed to test drive in ** metres area and check the car? I think your technicians are dope high, who do the *** points car check.
I am expecting a complete reimbursement from your company, once my car comes back from the mechanic. I am also open, for taking a legal course to it.
