Akhila kumarswamy filed complaint against nobroker on Dec 13, 2025
"in early december, I booked a plumbing service through NoBroker for a commode installation. The plumber charged ₹**,*** ONLY for the commode [not including installation] without providing any invoice or bill. Upon verification, the same commode model costs ₹*,***-*,*** in the market with GST included—I was overcharged by ₹**,***+.
Two nights ago, the plumber called me repeatedly (**+ times between **-**:** PM) in a drunken state, using abusive language, swearing, and intimidating us, asking why we complained. We have call recordings and WhatsApp timestamps as proof. This harassment constitutes mental agony and emotional distress.
NoBroker has failed to take action despite internal complaint lodged several days ago. I request refund of overcharged amount (₹**,***) plus compensation for harassment, agony, and delayed resolution."
