Country Holiday Inn & Suites - Cheating and fraud done by the company

I am a serving in Indian army on the rank of major and by profession I and my wife both are doctors. I did purchase of Rs *,**,*** on ** Nov ****. The sales representative was Mr Akshit Kakkar. The customer care is nonresponsive and states that offers made by the sales team is imaginary and fluke and the firm is not bound to oblige it. Earlier it was promised that I can book any number of rooms against my membership options accommodating my family members along with me. After paying the amount for each year but now they are saying that only one room can be booked. Now should I book rooms for them after paying in some other hotel while I stay in a different one?
It was stated clearly that we need to request for reservation ** days prior to the actual date in terms of domestic reservation however, I have applied for request of reservation since **th Mar ** for booking at Jim Corbett on **th and **th Apr **** and on **th Mar I received the email that no rooms are available. I asked to plan on **th instead. I told them that **th is the election date and I need to vote. Dates are fixed and as a member, they have promised to deliver in their associated properties and more so over after a lot of arguments they said only one room can be booked but not against offer but membership only after paying AMC fees of ****/-. When I asked that if the room is avail for membership why it cannot be given in the offer. They replied your offer has expired whereas it is clearly mentioned that I can avail offer after complete payment .it takes multiple emails correspondence of weeks w.r.t simple booking and still issue is not resolved.
Customer care puts the call on hold for ** min and later on disconnect it. When I asked to speak to the supervisor or senior executives, namely Ms Twinkle, Mr Anand Dubey, Mr Rahul and Ms Jyoti one of the members of customer care teams laughs and passes sarcastic comments when asked why * rooms cannot be booked. Earlier they had provided with * rooms at Shirdi and Aurangabad. Now they say it was a mistake. When I told him it was promised to us, they stated technical terms of the agreement and stated that Mr Akshit Kakkar must have told you and you believed him, it is not our problem. Such is the harassment and events of lies of country holidays.
Initially, all the *-star properties and resorts were promised but till date, I have availed * bookings in which I was accommodated in *-* star hotels that too after fighting day and night with the customer care team. They don't have any *-star accommodations.
In addition to membership for negotiation and sealing the deal offers made to me in written by Mr Akshit Kakkar are being said as valid only for initial one year by customer care team whereas it is written clearly that these offers can be availed after full payment which I have done in Mar ****, on Chis website and app. Also, it was stated that I can combine * offers as well and now I can't avail the primary offer only.

Rooms provided are substandard with bare minimum walking space avail example the accn provided to me at Amritsar which was the first trip planned with country holidays and at all the hotels I have myself paid for the upgradation to the standard room.
Later on multiple occasions, they have apologised and promised this won't happen in future and try to lure by providing extra holidays but the situation is worst from ever.

I was promised flight tickets of **** each and later on, that too was also not paid completely. It was reverted later on that we will refund you the amount but for now, I should make the payment. I am yet to receive the payment since May ****. All this correspondence happened with customer care and Mr Akshit on mail.

After much arguments with Mr Akshit Kakkar and customer care, they agreed that on a special exception on offers given to me. They will give me *n/*d at Corbett but for the second room, I should pay them on tariff basis which was **** plus GST which is in excess to the MRP rate provided on the internet for a particular property in that vicinity.
That associated property offers cottages in **** including GST with all * meals of the day and country holidays are providing the same for **** plus GST and breakfast only. Such is the level of their crookedness that on one side I am a prestigious member and on others, they are cheating by asking for more money.

It is requested that my complaint is taken on its merit at the earliest and I wish a refund of my complete payment i.e Rs *,**,*** be done taking into account the level of mental harassment, cheating, fraud and duping a customer of his/her rights.
