I m using Mobile App of Upstox demat account for my transactions. Last week I had purchased a few crude oil in options with ease. But when the same came to profit I m not able to sell the same. While trying to sell the message as mentioned in the attached screenshot is been displayed on .
I had complaints about this issue but they were not able to resolve the issue. Even they suggested few options but even then the message was displayed as "you have already submitted the consent done". I have tried my maximum to clear the issue still the issue sustains
Because of this I had a huge loss
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
