Byju Classes - Cheated

This is to bring to your kind notice that, we have taken membership for our daughter R.Jahavi class *th. I have been charged with high charges by the Senior counsellor Abdul on the day we had appointment. After the session, he explained us the free structure and forced us to pay a total of ***** for two teacher training sessions. He didn't gave us the time to think about it and he himself has arranged a call from bank executive and there was lot of chaos and calls in between the conversation.

Mr. Abdul took advantage of the situation and was back of us to pay the total fee even though our loan was rejected and told that there wil be * interest charges for EMI if I pay with credit card. I paid through my hdfc credit card but I have been charged with interest by the bank.

As per the fee structure for both *th and **th classes he told us **k including SAMSUNG Tab. But to our surprise, we have been charged for entire academic year from May **** to **** April whereas we took the classes from dec **th which is only * months.

As per him, for * years it is **k. But we paid for entire year. I tried to contact Mr Abdul but with no use. He was simply avoiding our calls. I called the customer support N no of times. But nobody could help.

Now, my kid feels this as we have been cheated and she is now not ready to attend the classes.

I would now like to cancel classes for **th and requesting a refund on the same as this was completely done out of my knowledge because Mr Abdul was there for * hrs confusing us and forced us to make the payment warning us losing the benefits of not taking the membership.
