Dear Dell Team i am forced to share my experience on a Purchase of Dell Inspiron **** Series laptop and then experience of Dell Customer services which i faced.
I purchased laptop on **-Aug-**** from your exclusive store situated at Indirapuram Ghaziabad M/S Futur IT Zone Shop # ****, Orange City Square . Model was not available at store there. I was told that it will be delivered at my door step i paid *****/- in advance. when it came to my home. I noticed that date of manufacturing in a box was tempered and in couple of days when my laptop was not working well like there heating problem, system was too slow and battery life was hardly *hrs ( at the time of sales I was told for *-*hrs) and then when i checked it online laptop was manufacture in July ****.
I lodge the complain to your customer service team on **-Sep-**** and finally I got the reply on **-Sep-**** with the approval on replacement of laptop but till date I have not received any update from your customer service team. i tried calling your customer care i have kept on a hold for more then ** min and **min finally I was forced to disconnect the call without the resolution.
At this current situation every one is working from home and laptop is one of the most important tool and unfortunately with your grace my laptop is not working. so without damaging the the image of Dell please resolve my issue my case number is ********
