I placed an order for a cake with this company on **-**-**** for midnight delivery. For which they charged me *** rupees extra where the site promises to deliver in * hours. I gave them more than * hours as I know the practicality of things. They are a fraudulent company they charged me **** rupees for a * kg designer cake and promised to deliver it between ** pm to * am in midnight at an extra charge. Then very smartly one of their executives named Shubham called me at *.** pm and informed that we will not be able to deliver the cake at the promised time for a silly reason. At ** pm where can I order a cake as I stay in Hyderabad and the delivery was in Bangalore. They spoiled the occasion and said we will deliver before ** noon on **-**-****. Also said I promise and will give * pink carnations complimentary along with the cake as we charged for midnight delivery and we will be doing it to compensate that which is bullshit do * flowers cost *** rupees? As the occasion was important I agreed but to my surprise I again get a call at *.** am on **-**-**** that is Vineeth speaking from Delhi headquarters that we won’t be able to deliver the cake before ** noon we need time till * pm as Bangalore has traffic issues. They think we, customers, are fools when I asked for a refund they denied and forcefully got the cake delivered saying we will add something’s complimentary but boss adding things doesn’t get back the time went or the money spent. Then they delivered the cake in the worst condition ever which wasn’t worth *** rupees. Also, they cheated me fully in every way and being so hopeless they didn’t even add the things they said they will complimentary they are so cheap and basically a fraudulent company.
We need to take strict action against them for false commitments on their site and also given by the company staff. They are spoiling people’s occasion by highly charging them and dare to send the cheap quality foo. Not acceptable at all.
Kindly request you to take strict action and penalise them for the fraud and refund my amount.
