I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent issue with my Porter wallet. I had added INR **** (specifically INR **** + INR ** ) to my Porter wallet based on confirmation from your customer care team that these funds could be used for Packers and Movers services.
Despite this assurance, I am now being informed that I cannot use the wallet credit for this purpose and am being asked to pay the vendor directly. Additionally, I am being threatened with the possibility of not receiving a refund for the amount added to my wallet.
This situation is highly frustrating and disappointing. I kindly request that you review my case and ensure that the funds in my wallet are appropriately applied to the Packers and Movers service, as originally confirmed. If this is not feasible, I expect a full refund of the amount added to my wallet.
