I have booked Hotel Palm Residency in Mount Abu, Rajasthan for * Adults for * Nights with Check In Date- **th Nov. **** and Check Out Date- **th Nov. ****.
After Receiving Confirmation Voucher from Yatra.com on my Email-Id, I tried to Check the Booking Ref. No. On Yatra.com Webiste but it showed that Booking Ref. No. Is invalid. Hence I called the Hotel for Confirming the booking with them but they informed that they do not have any kind of tie - up / Contract with Yatra.com and hence the Booking is not confirmed and they will not allow us to Check In.
I tried to contact the Customer Care of Yatra.com but all their contact Numbers are out of Service, Hence I mailed them regarding this issue several times but I have not received any sort of Positive response from their side.
This Scenario clearly shows that I have been cheated by Yatra.com.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
