I placed an order at **.** pm. It was promised to be delivered by **.** pm. I ordered food and made an online payment. The status was shown as "food is getting prepared", till **.** am and then the delivery executive called up and said that the restaurant is closed. I was hungry and it's very difficult to get food at this time (**.** am). Swiggy cheated me by showing the wrong information and made me sleep starving after taking money. Now they had cancelled the order and I was asked to wait for *-* days for the refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
