There has been number of incidents now when Swiggy has failed to deliver what they committed and also no resolution has ever been provided from them even after raising complaints, number of hours wasted on calls, and taking it to Twitter as well. I order food almost everyday and most of the times, either the order is delayed or reaches to me in unconsumable condition. For all those times, I have paid in full and no refund has ever been provided. Please help me, I have spent thousands of rupees and got such pathetic service and had to sleep on empty stomach.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
