I ordered few items like Siddh Rudraksha Mala, Ek Mukhi Sawar Rudraksha, ** Mukhi Rudraksha etc from a seller "Rishab Kumar Keshari" in Varanasi. Before placing order, he showed me big size rudraksha and convinced me to buy. He also promised to provide Lab certificates and X-ray report of rudraksh.
However after I placed order, he used very small and un-even sized rudraksha in my mala. Infact every bead in the mala is different and very small compared to what I was shown initially. Also, he did not provide lab certificate and Xray report.
I paid him premium price trusting his verbal assurance that he will be providing collector's size beads rudraksha because a small size bead is cheaper. When I received the order in Canada, I was shocked.
He charged money for expensive big collector's size rudraksha but intentionally sent a small size rudraksha beads mala and cheated me. I want full refund for my purchase. I paid him total amount of Rs.***,***/- towards everything - the malas, making and delivery charges.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
