Quikr - Cheated by Quikr

This is regarding our Quikr contract/subscription pack ID: SVC******COM******SHI*****MTG

We spoke to Vishal Kingwani from Quikr several times and he offered the annual plan for INR. **** which he later discounted himself for INR. **** (Invoice No: SVC/******/**-**) signed up with Quikr on ** July **** (paid INR. ****). After this payment Vishal Kingwani promised that we will get a callback from Quikr to set up our account which never happened, in fact, we got a call from Quikr to verify our purchase and nothing at all after that.

After that, we kept trying to reach Vishal Kingwani on phone and he was always busy, on ** Aug **** he sent a text message that I am busy in a meeting and later his manager Ajay answered the phone to inform us that Vishal Kingwani and I are in the sales team and our job is just to make a sale and we don’t do anything after the sale so we need to speak to somebody from services team (they actually took a month to tell us this).

After wasting one month for nothing, we got connected to Diwakar Kunal who informed us that we have purchased the normal plan which is good for nothing as it is just to display our profile on Quikr and it doesn’t provide any leads this was totally opposite to what we were informed by Vishal Kingwani. According to Vishal Kingwani, we were supposed to get all leads from Shimla city as we were the first and only one to register in this category from Shimla.

After all these conversations Diwakar Kunal suggested we upgrade to the Platinum position package to get the leads and as per his promise we were supposed to get a minimum of * leads on a daily basis, apart from this, he promised that we will get a dedicated contact/relationship manager with this platinum package who will update our profile on Quikr and will take care of our contract with Quikr. By now we were under impression that this is the best plan for the growth of our business and we agreed to pay an additional INR. **** (Invoice Number SVC/******/**-**) for the upgrade to Platinum top * position package.

Now, after getting paid Diwakar Kunal got us in contact with Clifford Chetan from Quikr to get the profile updated and everything. We provided our company description and list of services to Clifford Chetan on email several times and nothing was getting updated properly so we thought of talking to Clifford Chetan on phone to explain everything in detail and to our surprise, Clifford Chetan informed us that he can not talk on the phone and we have to provide all details in email only. After that we sent another email to Clifford Chetan and nothing is updated till date.

Later we tried to reach Diwakar Kunal on phone once again to know who is our contact/relation person but as usually all Quikr people do Kunal also didn’t want to answer the call and somebody picked his phone to inform us that he is not well and can not speak on the phone.

Now, after spending *+ months we have received zero leads, zero support and we feel badly cheated by Quikr.

Overall we paid for fake promises and zero leads.
