DIPIKA DWIVEDI filed complaint against Just Dial on Sep 3, 2019
I asked for one month pack of just dial just to try weather will I get the relevant business call for my financial planning business. I gave money for two months. They debited my account without any prior intimation also not giving any reply on phone or mail.
They also say that it is the contract for ** months which was not told to me by the executive. I am getting mostly fake calls or undesired one.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
