I am writing to formally escalate a very serious issue regarding my order placed on *th August. The order included ** items, one of which was a high-value graphics card intended as a birthday gift for my son. Unfortunately, that specific item has now been missing twice, despite Amazon confirming earlier that the lapse was from your end.
Timeline of Events:
First Delivery: Package was received on time but the graphics card was missing. A video was recorded while opening the package. I immediately contacted the Amazon helpline, and after your investigation, your team admitted that the issue occurred at Amazon’s end. A replacement was offered.
Replacement Delivery: Once again, the graphics card was missing, though the box was intact. Another unboxing video proof exists. The helpline team again confirmed it was from the same seller and assured me an investigation was ongoing until **th August.
**th August Update: To my shock, today I was informed that as per Amazon’s investigation, the product was “delivered” and nothing further can be done. This is unacceptable, as I have clear video evidence of the missing product both times.
My Concerns:
I have been cheated twice by Amazon/Seller.
Amazon has admitted once that the lapse happened at your end but failed to resolve it.
Despite my cooperation, repeated follow-ups, I have been denied both the product and the refund.
This is a clear case of deficiency of service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act.
My Demand:
I demand an immediate resolution in the form of:
Full refund of the product cost, OR
