Olx Seller - Cheated by a person

I met a seller of iPhone on OLX whose name was Deepanshi (perhaps renamed name) (Mobile No.**********) and purchased an iPhone XS Gold for amounting to Rs.**,***/- (as per its bill slip, return address was shown as SAITRADERSEXPRESS, near IMS College, Ghaziabad, Delhi- ******). On receiving, the box was checked and it was found that charging cable of said mobile was not available and also it did not support *G JIO sim whereas prior to purchase it was assured/confirmed and same was conveyed to that seller through WhatsApp. Due to not receiving any reply from their side, I went at Ghaziabad but their location was not found physically and then called over a mobile No.********** (renamed name of Deepanshi) where I met with another person, named, Aarohi Sharma and told that Deepanshi is on leave and she recently joined her company since last week and also informed that she is talking from Meerut location. She assured that my mobile will be exchanged and asked the time for *-* days for discussing the same with her senior authority and also asked me to go at my home and provide her personal mobile No.********** with the remarks if I have any problem, I can talk. Then I went at my home on the same day and next day, she provided me with an address(i.e., Aarohi Sharma, Akash Nagar, Near Ghanshyam Farmhouses, Indergrahi, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh-****** (Mob.No.**********) and asked to send the said mobile through the parcel. In turn, on **/**/****, I dispatched the said mobile through speed post. As per discussion with her on **/**/**, she got my mobile as sent and assured that another mobile will be provided shortly within * days. Due to not receiving any other mobile in *-* days, I again try to approach with her but she not picking up my call from **/**/** so far.
