My parcel from Amazon was sent via your delivery service. The item was pre-paid. On ** Apr ** your delivery boy has called me and asked to go to the place which is about *.*km away from my home and collect the parcel. I requested him to come to my place and deliver the same but he didn't. On the same day at ****hrs I got a message that my parcel has been delivered to the addressee. But the same has not been received yet.
Apropos, you are requested to enquire the matter and deliver my parcel as soon as possible. You are also requested to forward the reason for such irresponsible activity of you delivery boy.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
