I ordered a sharara suit from them , before ordering I asked to show a real picture or customer's review pic of the dress but they promised that dress will be ***% as shown in the instagram picture .
But I received a low quality dress which is not even worth ***Rs. pinging them from * week for refund or exchange they are not responding to my messages . After * week they replied they have replied saying NO REFUND and for exchange I have to courier them the product to Mumbai and pay *** for other product. Why should I send them parcel from Bangalore to Mumbai paying extra *** or *** and ***rs delivery charge when the clothe is not even worth ****. And what is the guarantee that next dress will be good quality .again I will lose extra ****rs for next order .So I want refund but they are not giving.
