Haritha filed complaint against Dunzo on Nov 29, 2021

I have paid in cash for a package delivery I have ordered through dunzo. However the order still stayed as in process till ** November. Now while placing a new order, another *** have been deducted for the previous order. When asked about the amount that was charged twice they have responded saying “
We are sorry to inform you that we will not be able to validate this query. If the query was flagged within ** hours we could have checked with the partner and updated you on the same. Please note post ** hours of the order being completed we will not be able to take action in this query, If there is an issue with the order completed we request you to please get back on support within ** hours for us to validate.”

In that case why is the payment being accepted after ** hours. In case the payment was not made on the same day how was the package even delivered? Are the rules made for the customers or are they just loopholes to avoid customer concerns?
