I booked a hotel room in Manali for * days and * night from Goibibo.
I paid Rs **** ( as charged by them ) for this booking through my credit card, but when I tried to confirm it from the hotel staff, they told me that price has been dropped down to **** for the same hotel, same date, same room (* days and * night).
Now the Goibibo has reduced the price but they are not refunding my money back.
When I tried calling Goibibo, regarding refund of extra money which I paid, they are not doing any thing and all my words fell on deaf ears.
I request the team to resolve my issue and take strict action against this company.
