Rbl Credit Card - Charging higher rate of interest service charges excess billing

I have been using the credit card service of RBL bank from past * months. But from the last * months, my bill is getting increased by approximately Rs. **** every time. The bank statement shows late fees, finance charges, membership charges etc. Also, there is no response from customer care. My side of the coin is that why the extra charges are being laid down when the issue is still pending at their end. The purpose of the credit card is to provide credit (money and services) to the customer not charging them unnecessary charges to increase the bill. In case of any discrepancy reach out to me.
