Deval Patel filed complaint against Airtel DTH on Mar 20, 2019
I have bought Airtel DTH new connection on *st March ****. They have mentioned on their website that in Rs. ****, you will get a plan for Rs.*** for one month free. You can check in the screenshot attached here. Then their engineer came to the home for installation and he told me that I have to recharge of Rs. *** to activate the channels. I was surprised by that. Then on **th March, they suspended my account and told me that I don't have enough balance. I asked them that when I bought a connection, you are giving me one-month subscription free but still, I did recharge of Rs. *** and now you are saying that I have to recharge again for Rs. ***. Every day they are telling me that you didn't get any free plan in your new connection. I saw them the screenshot from their website. So they are telling me since last week that my query is in pending status. We are working in on priority. Every day they are telling me that wait for ** hours. Since one week, they are telling me. I am really fed up now of their service. Their customer care representatives don't have the idea about this thing. Now because of them, I have to suffer and I am not getting channels on my TV. I asked them to discontinue my connection and give me money return after cutting off the charge of ** days. But they are not doing it, they are telling me that wait for ** hours, it will be solved. It is for * days now. But still no progress from them. Please help me in this case. They are really charging extra for my case.
