I ordered food but was mistakenly placed at wrong address. my order was placed at *:** pm.
Before resturant would have started processing order by *:** pm. i asked for cancellation. But for that * min instance they are forcingly charging money without any going for cancellation.I want my fulll refund from the swiggy team along with there apology letter.I also want malabika from escaltion team(Swiggy),Swapna,
nd davneet as they delayed the process.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
