I have ported out from Airtel to VI on **th of April, ****, On **th of May i got a bill from VI with an addition charges for VAS ** + **% GST, I have n't asked for any kind of VAS and haven't downloaded any content, I complained for same on customer care for almost * times with in a period of ** days and every time we got a response that you will get the reversal of same with in ** hours but nothing happened, finally i have the option left is to file a complaint against same in consumer forum as VI is neither giving reversal for same nor informing that what VAS i have consumed or downloaded.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
