Ola Cabs - Charged very high for a ride

I have booked an outstation cab for my **year old mother from Gurgaon to Meerut. The condition of the cab was pathetic with non functioning AC, the back of the car was broken it was a risk to keep the luggage there as it might fall of. The cab wasn't even clean and the driver had no permit to travel interstate. The driver has multiple fights with different people and was driving way too rash. He broke into a fight at Petrol pump, *-* times he had almost bumped in another car. Worst to this, at the end of trip his meter shows the total distance traveled was ***kms which is originally ***kms. Above this on asking the reason behind this the driver starts shouting, creating a scene in the society. Ola has no instant customer care response.This was way too pathetic and unreasonable.
