Pavan filed complaint against Swiggy on Apr 16, 2019
Order no - #**********. I ordered food from Kritunga restaurant and later cancelled because the **% zomato coupon has not been applied. Then reordered the food same time from the same restaurant with order no #********** within * minute but the money was deducted twice from my Lazypay account. I requested Swiggy kindly refund the deduction money *** Rupees and adjust into my Lazypay account but they said the restaurant has prepared the order and doesn't support cancellation of the orders post confirmation by the restaurant. I request to kindly refund me the charged amount asap.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
