Soumya Ranjan Rout filed complaint against Ola Cabs on Nov 8, 2021
I was charged twice for the same ride in OLA. on **th September I took a cab ride and the payment method was phonepe. Unfortunately my cell got switched off in the midst of journey and I had to pay the amount in cash as I had no other alternatives, the trip was completed. after few days when I tried to book another cab I was prompted to pay the previous cab fare where as I had already paid in cash to the driver. I was at an emergency booking and I had to pay the previous amount post which was able to book another ride. OLA customer care no was not reachable at all. I tried to contact them via twitter and elaborated entire issue. They came up with useless resolution and they are not responding from that time.
Please help me here
