Flipkart - charged twice even received mail of approval but didn t received any refund

I paid twice for my order, for which i showed them proofs and even they approved that all the proof and statements are genuine and even i received an official mail from flipkart that they will refund the amount. they asked for my bank details and everything but still its been * months but i didn't recieved my refund.
