I have travelled on Ola Cabs on **th January, The driver was misbehaving demanding me twice the amount saying this is an out station, which is really not. I have raised a complaint to Ola through Emergency, after being dropped by driver he was fighting with me to pay be cash, I have raised a complaint against the driver. Ola is driver friendly than customer friendly. They has charged me by ola postpaid and also driver took Rs** extra. Even through I had made several complaints, after ** days Ola told me that amount cannot be returned. Completely irresponsible. I strongly recommend do not use Ola Postpaid, which I could not cancel during me travel the app is not so friendly. Also if the driver refuses to take ola postpaid, Ola will charge you Rs **, just stupid.
