Ranjeet Goyal filed complaint against Ola Cab on Apr 14, 2021
I took an Ola Outstation ride from Ahmedabad to Porbandar on ** September, ****, estimated fare of which was around ****/- but I was charged ****/-. Variation in the fare was much higher. I filed a complaint via customer care with Ticket No. *********. They said my issue will be resolved within ** hours but I didn't get any reply from the Ola. Then I filed another complaint with Ticket No. *********. I also sent many Emails on Support@olacabs.com. Now in the end, the are saying that my money will not be refunded because customer has to file the Complaint on the same day. This is not the proper way to handle customer complaints.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
