Lazypay - Charged late fees and overdues unethically

I have been charged late fees by Lazypay for not paying the amount on time which is fine but I was charged late fees multiple times along with another penalty called as overdues which got added in my emi without my knowledge. I got to know this from customer care lady. I had dropped an email prior to this incident to which I did not receive any response and they have charged me another late fees and overdues for non payment. Also, I have observed on thing. When you try to do payment just before the due date, the payment does not go through stating issue with receiver's bank and the very next day Lazypay imposes fines.
