I was overcharged on my cash trip. It was very very very bad service from ola. I booked a cab for rs *** and after completing my ride the driver asked me ****. The driver took ** minutes on petrol pump, took extra and long way instead of map and i am paying for this..this is completely the app fault and the customer care is not taking my call to the senior executive..they are saying i will get an call from senior executives within hr but i am not getting any call..i tried to time to call them but they are not connecting.. i am a student and i will not be able to see my money wasted..please help me.
