Recently I travelled to Haridwar from Sahibabad using Ola outstation booking from ola app. The app showed to be a tentative fare of around Rs. ****. During my journey, I paid for toll, RTO and parking charges whichever incurred. When my trip got ended there was a bill of Rs. ****. I was surprised to see this unexpected bill amount. While booking the outstation ride I was told it would charge at ** rs per km. So I thought max to max it would be around Rs. ****. My trip was of *** km. Can this be resolved at the earliest why so many extra charges were done?
