Merinn filed complaint against Trackon Courier on Jan 24, 2023
I had sent my package through Trackon courier from their Cochin center to Rajasthan. Weight of package is *.* kg, mode is Surface transport. They charged me Rs ***, which is much higher than the prescribed Trackon rates. The next day I called their customer care executive and raised my concern. But it was of no use and their behavior was very arrogant. I was charged extra for no reason.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
