Placed order for biryani from Behrouz biryani on *st Aug and paid Rs ***.*/- via credit card. Ordered was delivered ** mins late. The customer care is refunding only Rs **/- when contacted regarding the issue. The delivery boy came at ** in the night. Neither the hotel or delivery guy informed about this delay. Why should I pay for the food I didn't have. The customer care is no responding at all. All they are saying is sorry and assuring that I will have a better experience next time. This is a complete injustice. The order number is **********.
