I booked a ticket from spicejet website from Jaipur to Guwahati on ** June **** for flight on ** June ****. The amount got deducted but no ticket confirmation was received. On confirmation at the airline counter i was informed there was no ti ket booked and i book a fresh flight on ** June ****. I have tried all means of communication but received only automatic response system.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
