I had placed an order for birthday cake and flowers. While placing delivery, it provided an option of express delivery with extra charges. I paid for the same, expecting it will be done as promised. However, they did not deliver on time even after paying extra for express delivery. No customer service executive responded even after calling ** times.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
