Hi all,
Today I have ordered my breakfast in swiggy.by mistakenly I gave my delivery address as my office address.suddenly I realized and cancelled the order before restaurant confirms my order.
While having conversation with swiggy customer executive they said they'll charge RS.** for cancelling the order.I told many times that what happened exactly.
But they're fully focused on taking money only. Even same like that happened at my family. They ordered but swiggy cancelled the order they took some money for cancellation.
Also * days back we ordered for dinner swiggy itself cancelled our order.
I didn't understand what swiggy needs from customer. They're cancelling order or else they're collecting money for cancellation of order.
If this is not happened then because option is court only.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
