Ola Cabs - Charged for a ride I have not taken

This is not the first time I register my complaint regarding this issue.
I am getting calls from Ola to clear my Ola postpaid due of ***rs. of which ***rs. Ola has charges me unnecessarily for the ride with CRN no.**********.

This incident has happened in Chennai last year, There I took an Ola Cab. Driver don't know how to speak Hindi or English properly. When i started my ride driver asked for OTP and after starting the ride he again asked me the mode of payment, I said it's Ola postpaid...next second he just ended the ride and Ola charged me this ***rs. unnecessarily. You can check my pickup and drop location for that ride, it's the same and duration of ride is also less then ** secs. The same issue I had conveyed to Ola support many times but didn't got any positive respond. These people just don't want to understand the issue. They are just blindly calling, emailing & messaging me from last one year even after describing the issue several times. It's not about the money, it's about their customer support, I think it is just for their name sake. I am getting calls from OLA and they are saying they will take legal action. This is what offended me, what these people are thinking, they can do whatever they want. I hope my issue will get resolve through Voxya.
