On Saturday **th August I booked an Ola bike from my residence and the amount to be charged displayed was ₹** as the distance wasn’t much, my driver kept talking about a false price surge throughout the journey, and when I reached my location I was charged ₹*** which was an abnormal rate for such a short distance, I’ve tried lodging complaints for this issue, but Ola cabs have refused to address my problem, please help.
