Charged extra for * kg overweight although there were no checkin baggage. Ground staff did not inform about this policy prior to checking in and hence took the baggage as cabin baggage and was told to pay extra ****. Being a college student so much money was not possible and told the ground staff but the ground staff misbehaved.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
