Onkar Sarma filed complaint against Jio on Nov 8, 2022
I was sold a Jio fiber connection on **th of September, and charged extra *** by the technician for installation whereas company claims it to be free. Now my connection broke down on **th of October and when I contacted for repair service they refused to do so saying that my connection was sold against company policy. Whereas I was not aware of it while buying. Now they are asking me to surrender the connection and without any refund. I have been tricked and duped by Jio and I am not alone in this. Jio has been conducting unfair business and ignoring their customers as they have many and sparing some wont harm them. Even the central grievance portal of Jio is not taking any action against the concerned persons involved in this case.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
