I booked a ticket from jet airways, I chose to pay from my card, so these people charged me twice for a single booking.! I tried to contact the airline officials, they responded very late and said that my issue will be resolved soon, but here I'm waiting for my amount to be reverted to my accounts. But they have not returned my money yet! They keep saying and don't do anything.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
