The incorrect product was delivered by myntra with different print & design.
I initiated a return of that wrong product.
The product costed Rs ***
Delivery fee was Rs **
Total: Rs ***
I received a message that I will get refund of Rs *** only. Why am I charged delivery fee for Myntra's mistake of delivering the wrong product.
If my return reason was something else, myntra could have charged for the delivery fee.
But why should I pay the delivery fee for the product that was wrongly delivered by myntra partner & its staff?
