I ordered a chocolate bouquet from choco jaadu Kolkata worth Rs *** on ** August **** at **:** pm. I mistakenly and intentionally cancelled the order. Cancellation charged me *** Rs saying that food preparation was already begun. I call the restaurant and they confirmed that food preparation was not begun. Kindly help me get my money refunded back because there is no policy to reach to customer care. They just provide chat facility that too I get the computerised message. I emailed them several times they did not help me.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
