I had placed two orders for Rakhi delivery with the website which charged me quite a hefty amount for both. One of the orders has had no updates, while the other order shows that it was delivered but it has not been delivered. I tried contacting the customer care through the given number, customer page, instagram profile, but I have received ZERO response.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
