Ordered milk & a other few things. As my child was feeling hungry. They charged and showed that the order will be delivered in ** minutes. But even after an hour it went undelivered. When tried to complaint on the chat tool box in the app it kept on giving me repeated messages
I cancelled the order & now the money comes as a refund after * working days. Why do I have to wait for * working days for my money to come back. While they haven't delivered the order as promised.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
