Big Basket Bangalore - BB Daily delivery guys throwing everything at the gate instead of keeping everything in the bbdaily

From past *-* months, BB daily delivery guys are simply throwing everything at my gate. The product like tender coconut and milk packets are found many times in front of my neighbors gate in leaking condition. I have ordered bb daily box, but the delivery guy has no interest in keeping anything inside the box. I have raised complaints *-* times, but there seems to be no change. It's kind like of harrassment to me now and I want yo return their box. But they are not listening. Please help.
