Big Basket Bangalore - Big Basket Account deactivated Paid money not returned by Big Basket

Complaint against Ms Anshika of Customer care of BigBasket.Com

On *.*.**** I received a mail of Ms Anshika vide Ticket Number : ********** of Customer service Team of Big Basket.com informing me that as per records of Big Basket, they noticed that I have been placing orders for commercial purposes. Hence, the account has been deactivated. She further informed that they are unable to activate my account once it is deactivated and unable to refund the amount to my money to the source account.

In other words the amount paid by me for over Rs **, ***.** is withheld by Big Basket.

Ms Anshika did not inform me how such a decision could be taken by Big Basket. The articles I ordered for were meant for a Mandir in Kolkata for Puja purposes. How could Ms Anshika / Big Basket take such a decision without asking for a clarification from me?

In any case Ms Anshika / Big Basket does not have any authority to hold my money in their account. Every time I am telephoning, I get a sweet worded reply. Some of the mails give a new Ticket number. I received mail from Mr. M Naresh Babu (Ticket No:**********), Ms Ritu Kumari, Ms D Amreen (Ticket No:**********). But till date my money is blocked.
